Amir Ali Mokhtarzadeh, a male, received a B.Sc. degree and H.Dip degree in Computer Science from Open University (UK), PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching) from Huddersfield University (UK), and the M.Res (Master in Research) and PhD degrees in Dispositive Networks from Manchester Metropolitan University (UK). On 7th July 2003, he was chosen to attend a dinner reception in No. 10 Downing Street (Invited by Prime Minister Tony Blair) with several other lecturers and managers of excellence organised by the DFES. In 2000 he received accreditation from the ‘Institute of accountants in England and Wales for developing UK banks related financial software. In 1999 he received Gold Shield Award from British Telecommunication (National Exhibition Centre- Birmingham, UK). He was a professional member of the British Computer Society. His current research interest includes robotics and AI. In 2019 and 2021, and for the third time in 2022, his lab was awarded as ‘Foreign Expert Studio in Jiangsu and Huai’an. In January 2020, He was awarded ‘The Jiangsu certificate of Friendship’. In 2022 he was awarded “Envoy people’s Friendship” in Jiangsu. He is a reviewer for Taylor and Francis International Journal. His final work entitles ‘Robotics and AI’ textbook are currently under publication. In 2023, he supervised 12 graduate students, registering seven patents and publishing nine ‘IE’ indexed conference papers. His professional life has been devoted to studying and teaching computer science subjects, and his ethnographical PhD research can express his research interest in Human-Robot interaction.
