Dr. Amir Ali Mokhtarzadeh (艾米尔) is a British Professor and author of the textbook Robotics and AI (2023). He graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University and holds academic qualifications in digital electronics, computer science, Java programming, Unix and Linux operating systems, networking, and research. Certificated Master supervisor in China since 2019. He has over 26 years of teaching experience, including 11 years in China, and has been supervising Master’s students since 2008 (in China since 2019). Before entering academia, he worked as a senior engineer and began his teaching career at Manchester College in 2000. His awards and recognitions include the British Telecom Award (1997), Best Online Banking Software in England and Wales (1999), a Best Teacher award with a dinner reception hosted by Prime Minister Tony Blair (2003), Foreign Expert Studio recognition in China (2019, 2021, 2022), the Jiangsu Friendship Award certificate (2020), and the Envoy of People’s Friendship Award in China (2022). Under his guidance in China, his students have received more than 20 national and provincial robotics competition awards, published numerous conference and journal papers, and registered several patents. His Robotics Laboratory at Huaiyin University serves as a center for robotic design and intelligent programming.

艾米尔·阿里·莫赫塔扎德博士（Dr. Amir Ali Mokhtarzadeh，艾米尔），英国籍教授，《Robotics and AI》（《机器人与人工智能》）教材作者（2023）。毕业于英国曼彻斯特城市大学（Manchester Metropolitan University），长期从事机器人技术与人工智能领域的教学与科研工作，在数字电子技术、计算机科学、Java程序设计、Unix与Linux操作系统、计算机网络及科研方法等方面具有扎实的学术背景与专业资质。2019年获批中国硕士研究生导师资格。阿米尔教授拥有26年以上高等教育教学经验，其中11年在中国任教，自2008年起开展硕士研究生培养工作。进入高校任教前曾任高级工程师，并于2000年开始在英国曼彻斯特学院从事高等教育教学工作。其职业生涯曾获得多项荣誉，包括英国电信奖（1997）、英格兰和威尔士最佳网上银行软件奖（1999）、2003年获学院“最佳教师奖”并受邀参加由英国首相托尼·布莱尔主持的晚宴，以及中国外国专家工作室称号（2019、2021、2022）、江苏省友谊奖证书（2020）和中国人民友好使者奖（2022）。在华任教期间，在其指导下学生在国家级和省级机器人竞赛中获得20余项奖项，并发表多篇学术论文及申请多项专利。目前，其在淮阴大学建设并主持的机器人实验室已发展成为机器人设计与智能编程研究的重要平台。
